The IT landscape has completely changed due to convergence. The emerging mobile technologies such as broadband have had an impact on the way IT managers control business applications (Ram, 2010). Mobile technologies has introduced some flexibility in IT management. Conclusion Managing technology resources in an organization has become very demanding due to new and emerging technologies.
